
The 360° Dashboard is an additional module for Dipolar’s Professional Quest Survey design, distribution and analysis software. This module adds the ability for people to self-manage their own 360° feedback process through a Web interface. A person can do the following (dependent upon security level settings):

Choose who will review them, and in what capacity (peer, manager, direct report etc.) |

Send out invitations and reminders (emails are sent out automatically, however a review subject may choose to send out additional Emails to reviewers who have failed to respond) |

The Dashboard uses the same database as Professional Quest. All changes are “live” – changes made through the Dashboard are reflected immediately in on a Professional Quest workstation, and vice versa. The relationship between the desktop Professional Quest software and the Web-based dashboard is shown below.

The 360 Dashboard is the ultimate add-on for our Professional Quest software for companies that want to run a 360° feedback process on a large number of people without having the large administrative workload that usually comes with such a process. By empowering your employees to choose who they want as reviewers, and getting them to produce their own reports, administration is almost completely removed from your HR department (other than initially setting up who may participate in the 360° Feedback process).

Giving your employees flexibility doesn't mean that you have to be concerned with inappropriate reviewer selections - a number of
manager-level controls ensure that improper use will not go unnoticed. A manager can see the individual reports for the people they manage, together with an overall report. They also get access to the listing of the people who have completed reviews on their subordinates.

We host all your surveys for you on our Corporate server - you connect to this server securely to update your surveys and your dashboard using Professional Quest. Once set up, the Dashboard will run as a self-service site for your employees. They can get to the site either through a link from your Web site, or they could be directly Emailed a personal login for the dashboard. Once the system is set up, you can create surveys and use the Dashboard whenever you need without any input from us, or your IT department!
